Kiln Dried Lumber

We air dry & kiln dry wood with our solar Kiln

Mountain Heart Woodworks uses our custom made Solar Kiln with a drying capacity of 1000 BF.  This Kiln is totally run on Sun Power all the fans are also solar powered.

We also use a Nyle Dehumidification Kiln in an insulated 40′ container with a drying capacity of 1500 to 4000 BF.

We prepare the lumber for drying by carefully stacking and stickering the green lumber from our Baker Bandsaw Sawmill for air drying, letting mother nature assist in the drying process before it goes into one of our two Kilns.
