Colorado’s T&G and Shiplap Source
Our standard Tongue & Groove lumber material is processed with a V-Groove or Straight Edge profile. We offer this with a smooth face or rough cut face. Our standard sizes for Blue Stain / Lodgepole Pine are 1/2″ / 3/4″ / 1.5″ thickness and 3.5″ / 5.25″ / 7.25″ widths.
We also do SHIPLAP lumber profiles that can be processed with a tight joint or spaced from nickel gap to a 1″ spacing. In the Blue Stain material we offer up to 8″ widths and in Ponderosa Pine and Doug Fir we offer up to 10″&12″ widths.
Smooth Four Sides (S4S) we offer up to 12″ widths and 6″ thick. We can also do a round over trim profile as a standard offering.
T&G Flooring
Our T&G flooring lumber material is processed in 4′ to 12′ lengths. The T&G profile used for this material has a small groove for the recessed nail head and the bottom leg of the groove side is a hair shorter to allow for a tighter fit the bottom side of the boards half relief grooves to allow for movement.
All flooring material needs to be sanded and finished on site.
